Registration

Upon registering your child with Sir Andrew’s and before your child or children’s first day, you must.

1. Have you and your child meet and talk to the staff

2. Take a walk around the centre

3. Hand in $150.00 deposit. This includes a non-refundable registration fee of
$50.00 and a refundable deposit for $100.00 held by the centre in lieu of
inadequate withdrawal notice

4. Provide a photocopy of your child’s immunization records

5. Return the copy of the signed Registration Form

6. If you are on subsidy please have your papers sent to the centre by the 1st of
the month in which your child is starting

7. If your child is on any current prescription medication that must be administer
by the centre staff. You must sign a “Permission to Administer Medication”
and provide a note from your Doctor

8. You will be provided with a list of items that your child must have. Please label
these items and have your child bring them on the first day.

9. Fees are due on the day your child starts. If paying by cheque, provide the
centre with three month’s post-dated cheques as soon as possible.

10. On your child’s first day leave ½ hour of extra time to get your child settled
and to go over things with the staff.
